LandTech announces that Jonny Britton, co-founder and CEO, has stepped down from his day-to-day executive responsibilities. He will remain a board member and strategic advisor to the business.
This move reflects LandTech’s next phase of growth as it delivers on its LandIntelligence Platform vision - a shift from a single-product solution to an integrated platform supporting collaboration, decision-making, and planning success across the development ecosystem and pre construction process.
Jonny has been instrumental in leading LandTech and changing the game for the property industry, from inception to market leadership in the UK, helping enable the industry to move faster through the use of data driven decisions in land sourcing and assessment, funding and community engagement, and his passion for transforming land development continues.
“This is the next step in the evolution of the company that accelerates our vision to create an open land market,” said Jonny. “LandTech is entering a new chapter that calls for operational leadership with platform and partner network scaling experience. I’m incredibly proud of the impact we’ve had to date and excited to bring in new leadership to take our vision to the next level.
“With LandIntelligence, LandTech is set to level up the land market once again. Built in partnership with leading homebuilders in the UK and US and shaped by the insights of thousands of developers and their ecosystem partners: planners, architects, surveyors, consultants, and local authorities. It connects insight to action, enabling smarter, faster, more collaborative property development, to help our clients win more land deals to build the homes and places we need. I look forward to supporting its success in new ways.”
Chris Underhill, Executive Chair since August 2024, will continue to lead the company during this transition period, ensuring strong operational continuity as LandTech embarks on its next phase of growth and innovation.
