Instead of generating a static site link, you can now invite external stakeholders directly into a shared workspace - no paid licence required.
Much like you’d share a Google Doc, you can set role-based permissions so you stay in full control of who sees what.

When you share a site, you can assign one of two roles:
- Contributors: can upload and view only their own files
- Collaborators: can upload and view all files and activity from all stakeholders
This means your architect can upload plans, your consultant can add reports, and your partner can view progress - all without endless attachments or ‘just checking you’ve got the latest version?’ emails.
And because it’s permission-based, you decide exactly what’s visible to each recipient. You stay in control, and everyone stays aligned.
