We’ve upgraded LandInsight to have a cleaner, more consistent design from the moment you log in. It might not seem like a big deal, but a cleaner interface means you can focus on your work without distractions.
The Explorer: Simple yet effective
We’ve transformed the left-hand panel into an all-new Explorer, bringing all your layers and searches together in one easy-to-navigate place.
Here's what you'll find:
- Faster navigation: Get instant access to your favourite layers and search options like Planning Applications, Ownership, Property and our powerful Site Sourcing tool
- Improved organisation: Your layers are now organised more logically, making it easier to see what you need on the map
- More control: Want to see more of the map? Done. Simply collapse the Explorer and you'll free up valuable screen space
When it comes to finding your next opportunity, the Explorer gives you everything you need whenever you need it, without the clunky clicking.
The Assessment Panel: Your go-to for comprehensive site overview
Over on the right of your screen you'll find the Assessment panel. It appears whenever you click on a site, and you’ll be so grateful it does. Here, you’ll get fast access to all of the information that’s relevant to your site.
Here's what you can expect:
- All of the data, organised: With six tabs covering Details, Planning History, Policies, Environmental, Comps & Local, and Power & Utilities, you'll find absolutely everything you need to assess your site effectively in one place
- Expandable view: Easily expand the Assessment panel so you can dedicate more of your screen space to assessing your site
- Dynamic content: All of the data you see in this panel will directly reflect the site you've selected on the map, so you don't need to worry about irrelevant details
Gone are the days of jumping from layer to layer to find the data you need. Now, you'll find all of the information required to comprehensively assess a site right in-front of you.
Managing saved sites just got easier
Less clicking, less jumping around, less time wasted: that's the goal. Now the Assessment panel includes a Management area, providing you with a dedicated area to organise, label and track your saved sites.
You'll see:
- Quick actions bar: With this handy toolbar at the top of the panel you can easily move sites between pipeline stages, add labels and assignees, and as you easily navigate your saved sites, your map view will automatically update
- Site reports: Generate customisable site reports at the click of a button, so you can easily download and share with key stakeholders without ever having to leave the map view
